Flam's Freres - Strasbourg

We were lucky enough to arrive during happy hour - 500 ml beers for the price of 250 ml beers

What a wonderful place! This was directly around the corner from the AirBnB my party was staying at.

Food was delicious, also a big choose of dishes.

You have to judge things according to what you can expect! this flaming restaurant is quite consistent with the expectation that one can have: it is not gastronomy but the value ratio is very good! we eat up to the end with the formulas at will around 15€ the service is smiling (a little long at start but after it goes well) short no disappointment with regard to the type of establishment!

We ate there a noon. We were 4 and it was 12 hours when we arrived. flam were served very quickly. for 17 euros per person, you have flam at will (we ate 3 large each), a drink and a dessert (half torched pie raspberry/white snack). the resto filled very quickly and there was a lot of waiting for the flames. When we had finished our third flam, the next tables were 10 minutes after we were still not served. a couple even left after the first flam because ras-le-bol to wait. So a board, you have to come early if you're in a hurry. The cleanliness of the restaurant is to be seen because it was really not clean. a good blow of lock, cleaning windows and tables would be necessary. If you want a quiet meal, go your way because the restaurant is very noisy.
