Subway - Stratford

Haven't had a sub sandwich for years and it was okay but nothing special.A lot of bread and getting pricey.

We had great service last night from 3 high school kids. Samantha,Amanda and Nathan! Made the food wonderful, and made the ending to the night for my family just pleasant! It was also Very clean and tidy! You could see they really took pride in there jobs!

The staff is always very friendly. We are frequenters here as we just love subway. I love that it doesn’t always just feel like another transaction because the staff are so nice. The facility is also very clean which is a major plus!

The Metro in Stratford is absolutely incredible! The two staff members working at the time treated my daughter with such respect and kindness. When she asked for extra toppings, they happily complied and even offered more when she wanted it. The sandwich was filled with a generous amount of veggies, a stark contrast to some Subways where the vegetables are often sparse. The staff at Metro really goes out of their way to ensure that customers are happy and satisfied. I would gladly drive 100 miles past a dozen Subways just to come back to this place. My daughter is already asking to go back!

The restaurant closes at 9 pm. I placed an online order for a 8:30 pm pickup, but when I arrived before 8:30 pm, the doors were locked. I had to call the restaurant to retrieve my paid order and ended up having to drive through the drive-thru (which I didn't even know existed! I've never lived here before in the past 10 years).
