Bidra med feedbackWe didn't dine here, but I must say the restroom was quite impressive, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it for all your needs. There aren't many places in this remote area to take a break, so be sure to make use of it when you have the chance.
Anthony truly made our visit worthwhile. He was friendly and engaging, greeting everyone in line with a warm smile. He kindly asked for a bit of patience while calling for additional help. Soon, his team members arrived to assist with the cash register and sandwich-making. The customer ahead of me was quite pregnant and having a tough time deciding, but Anthony was quick to offer helpful suggestions and guided her through the choices.
"I don't even know where to begin. I called to order some subs around 8 PM and waited on the phone for 30 minutes without anyone answering, so I eventually hung up. Later, I went in before 11 PM, but no staff would assist me. When I finally managed to find someone in the vicinity and asked for help, they informed me that they were closed. I'm really not happy with the experience at all."
However, I rated this place three stars for a couple of reasons: First, the limited selection of chips available. It seems this location doesn't get busy very often, so they don't restock their chip supply regularly. Second, the ice machine was out of order. They were aware of the issue since they provided a step stool and a ladle for customers to scoop ice from the top of the machine. Overall, while the sandwich was good, these service issues could use some attention.
