Subway - Stratford

I have been here multiple times and every time they do something wrong. The staff absolutely do not care. If you ask them to do something simple like wash the knife (because they never do and it's always covered on other people's sauces or meats) they act like you've offended them. We have had meals where the meat wasn't even heated and I tried to get in touch with the store but no answer. The only reason we ever go back is because there's not many other options for healthy foods in Stratford. If you can go somewhere else I would.

I love Subway, the last time I went there I got a foot-long with chicken pork, with garlic sauce, on some Italian cheese bread, it was amazing, me, mum and dad went there last night for dinner, we also bought it home, the only reason I'm giving the food 4 stars is because it was really hot when we got it, but it was still so fresh and amazing Meal type: Dinner

On pick up we were told they had no carrot which is fine. Found they had left off the extra bacon which we paid for. Left off the avo on a southern chic avo sub. Didn't put jelepenos on as requested and bread was partly burnt rather than toasted. Disappointed!!! Normally get good food here Food: 1

The owner/manager does not understand customer service
