Appleseed Cafe - STRATHALBYN

A cute little cafe to stop in for the lunch on a weekend drive through the Hills.

Amazing hot chocolate (with a choc dipped spoon and choc flakes on the side), nice coffees and definitely try a frappe. Nice outdoor spot to fit a group.

Mmm, I had such high hopes for this place! It was recommended, and there was a sign signalling Mahalia Coffee - good start.

This was a return visit to the Appleseed. Once again it was a very enjoyable meal served by friendly and professional staff.The menu has quite a number of choices and interesting ones too with vegetarian and gluten free options. It is certainly refreshing to see the owner has given thought to the menu. The Appleseed always looks to have customers but is certainly not noisy with its relaxed atmosphere.Looking forward to my next visit.

Extensive lunch menu, excellent value for money, fresh high quality ingredients used in both meals, lovely atmosphere.
