Taco Bell - Streator

It's gotten much better. Service is super! Food is fresh! And everything is always fast!

The staff here is extremely generous and friendly. I will definitely return when I'm in the area! We spent some time at the kiosk placing our order, but then the system crashed and we lost everything. The person at the counter didn't understand why it happened, but she remained calm and took our order with a smile. She informed us that some of the items we wanted were actually unavailable. While we waited for our food, some young children came in and ordered a few small items, and it looked like they were trying to count their money. The person at the counter kindly waived their bill when he noticed it.

This is the best Taco Bell I've ever visited (in Streator, IL). The interior, including the bathroom, is very clean. The staff appears to be happy and genuinely enjoy their work. They are also exceptionally nice and friendly. Every order is accurate, which is rare compared to many other locations. It's a great experience overall. The managers here clearly know what they're doing!

We just visited this Taco Bell at 1:30, and the service we received at the Drive-Thru was outstanding! I wish I knew the name of the employee who helped us—he had a ponytail and glasses. He was incredibly friendly, and it's not often that you encounter such great service. As we travel frequently and visit many places, we really appreciated this experience. We will definitely look out for this location whenever we pass through Streator. Thank you!
