Bidra med feedbackI went to the store to meet customers a lot at night. All complaints about waiting for your food, what do you expect when you see, order 10 or more people simultaneously. I never had a problem at this point. And I think there's a young lady, Hope, who used to work on the Twinsburg location, which is always so beautiful for everyone to see a friendly face.
Food was good, getting in and out of the parking lot can be tricky when it is busy. Otherwise great service and friendly staff.
This was my first visit, and I was thoroughly impressed not only by the exceptional customer service but also by the great selection of delicious food! Please continue to maintain this level of quality, and thank you for a wonderful experience!
We paid for our gas, but the cashier miscounted our payment by $5. When we brought it to the attention of the managers, they quickly resolved the issue without any hassle. While $5 might not seem like a lot, with gas prices being so high, every penny matters! We rely on every drop, and if it’s your last $5 before payday, it’s even more significant! Kudos to this manager! We need more people like them in the world!
The restaurant had a softly lit, well-kept atmosphere, and this particular location featured a lovely seating area. It was the perfect spot for me to take a break during a long road trip. The menu was extensive, offering a wide range of made-to-order dishes that were well-stocked. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming during my visit.
