Seems I can't reply to a review, Virginia ricenos that's the manager you're talking about and she works every single day. She is beyond nice. What I'm assuming is you went in, she either couldn't understand you or you were being highly rude.. such as being on your phone when someone is trying to do their job and serve you. Customer service is by far one of the hardest jobs in the industry and that's simply because the public are customers and are often extremely rude themselves. We are in a secluded area here, and in this economy people would rather collect government funds than work.
