Cafe Max - Stroud

Best way to end the year . A beautiful meal in the cafe. I drove down all the way from South Wales today . To spend some time with my favourite family member . The food is the best ever always really good . The staff are friendly and really good at their jobs . . The price of the food is well priced . Top class . I'm looking forward to go back in the new year.

Not great for a night out cos it closes too early but ideal for breakfast lunch afternoons etc.

Decent cafe situated in town centre, a good find. Good selection on menu, I opted for Cajun chicken wraps. Quick service and staff friendly. Good size portions and tasty well presented meals. Would definitely recommend, very busy so must be a favourite with locals.

Ordered takeaway through Just Eat cod and chips £11.95. Inedible, cooked in old oil, dubious as to it being cod (could’ve been anything but as you can see from the photos it’s hard to tell). Requested refund from Just Eat and awaiting result of this. Went directly in the bin (after I took the photo).

Asked the guy behind the counter what soft drinks do you have he answered we have lots what do you want !! Then preceded to charge 1.99 for a can of Pepsi, when i said wow 1.99 for a can he then told me we have table menus you should have looked at that if you don 't like the price!! ... then i went to the bathroom which had urine up the walls and all over the floor
