Ichiban Hibachi Steakhouse

One of the few times I've been to an ichiban and didn't enjoy my experience. The chef was amazing! But that was the extent of the good service at this ichiban. Granted it was my 1st time at this location, but I've been to quite a few others so figured that was what to expect. The very few times she came to our table she was very rushed and not very friendly. Oh well the food was good and the chef was amazing. Just won't go back to this one.

I went to Ichiban for hibachi last night and we had a party of 14 people. Our hibachi chef was Ethan and he was the best hibachi chef any of us have ever had! We had so much fun and he was so funny and interactive. Our food was great and our experience was amazing. My birthday is Tuesday so my boyfriend told them about it and they sang happy birthday and made me a balloon hat and an ice cream Sunday. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be stopping by!!

Best sushi joint in town. Has amazing hibachi atmosphere....definitely reserve seats it gets bussssssy . The pork tonkatsu is absolutely divine. The bone broth and pork slices are perfect. The seaweed salad is crisp and delicious. The miso soup is so tasty and rich. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They do serve alcohol. Parking: Maybe a little over 50 spots. Kid-friendliness: Fun atmosphere for the whole family. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs all ramps wide doors.

I was visiting mount poconos with family and friends, stayed in kalahari and really wanted to eat Sushi in our last night there. We stayed in the spa in the hotel until late, when we left everything was closed or closing. We called Ichiban and a nice lady said if we got there before 10pm we could get take out. We got there ordered our food and the same lady that answered the phone took our orders, she was nice and friendly, gave us advice on things/places to go. We really enjoyed our short time there waiting for our food, would definitely come back early to dine in.

I placed an order for pickup. The service was fantastic. Everyone was polite friendly. The food was good and the prices were fair. I would return.
