Bidra med feedbackI've been going to Burger King since they opened. It took me over an hour to read every post good and bad. A lot of these posts are dated back 4-5 yrs with complaints about B.K. 4-5 yrs ago B K was great. It is but the last couple yrs it has gone down hill. I would not be too far off saying that 85% of the complaints these days are due to the black and brown workers who just don't care. T hey have a horrible, horrible attitude with a big chip on their shoulder. Their pay grade is sufficient for the work they do. I just can't put my finger on the problem. From the management to the bottom.
I can't count the number of times I ordered in the app and when I showed up they had closed early or were out of whatever I ordered.The workers are great and the food tastes good for what it is, but the point of fast food is the convenience and this BK isn't convenient. Whoever is in charge of ordering the food doesn't know what they're doing.
Girls inside playing on their phone, waited 10 mins at speaker and another 15 in line. Didn't get my full order nor my refund they were slow with help and more worried about talking and standing around.
The lady that took my order in drive thru was very rude an unprofessional.. gave me coffee straws for my sodas an I was missing an order of hash browns an she gave me attitude real bad customer service… if u don’t like ur job quit…..
Food is always OK as long as you got a bunch of time to wait for it! Fast Food? More like SlowFood but good food!
