Montresor - STUDIO CITY

I had made a reservation for a specific date, only to find out that the restaurant had permanently closed without any prior notice. What a disappointment!

We had a reservation for 8 PM, but we received a phone call at 5 PM informing us that the restaurant had to close due to issues with heating.

Are you serious? The night was a disaster! We arrived at Montresor only to find it closed. No one at the OpenTable location informed us, so we had to scramble to find another restaurant for the evening. It was incredibly frustrating and a sign of poor management on OpenTable's part.

The restaurant has temporarily closed and did not have the courtesy to call people like me who had reservations. my friend and I had to find another restaurant to celebrate their birthday when we arrived to close it.

Montresor is CLOSED!!! And yet they excepted my reservation on Open Table. Also, they even texted me the confirmation number for our reservation the day of. When we got there, the valet for several restaurants, said they were closed. When I called the number, the outgoing message stated that they were closed for reservations and would open again on December 7, which was the week before! Update your information Montresor and if you're closed then let Open Table know that!!!!! This place owes us a free dinner! It was my mother-in-law's 91rst birthday and she really wanted French food. We had to scramble to find another place to take us last minute, which was quite difficult! But Ca De Sol made the night very memorable for her.
