Subway - Sturgis

I ordered four sandwich platters for a work lunch, and I was quite disappointed. The sandwiches were basically just bread with meat—no cheese, lettuce, or tomato included. Considering the price I paid for them, I expected much better. I also ordered chips, but they weren’t prepared in advance. Instead, they tossed 28 bags into a large cardboard box that barely fit in my backseat. This whole experience felt unprofessional and unacceptable. The guys I was feeding were really let down as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1.

The sandwiches are fantastic, and the cookies are simply delightful. The food is top-notch, and the service is exceptional. Plus, the overall atmosphere is inviting and enjoyable. The veggies all looked mushy, the lettuce was brown, I honestly just skipped most veggies. I wanted to say nevermind and just leave but I felt bad. The restroom had no soap and considering the employees must wash hands before returning sign I assume they use this restroom, leaving me to wonder if they 're washing their hands.. And then the reciept prints out poorly and when I asked if they can email they said I have no idea . I was using a company card and need a clear itemized reciept. Bad experience. Ate at the Sturgis subway on 10-15-2023 with these issues. Ordered our food and watched the host pull a bag out that was ripped. He put the ripped side down so that when the bag was picked up our food fell on the floor. I also found a hair in our food from one of the gentlemen that had long hair. Why are they not wearing hairnets while preparing the food. The lettuce was also brown and not changed. Unimpressed with the subway today.
