Bidra med feedbackI went to a Bali bowl for me and a child's combo for my daughter, and instead I got a Peru bowl with sweet potatoes and said they don't have a grill in their kitchen to make the grilled cheese sandwich for the combo of the child. Extremely disappointed, my first and last time to eat here. The cashier never smiled and constantly gave a I hate my job and all of you people face expression!
I got the pesto salad, fruit and chicken wrap. The pesto salad was delicious! the fruit was fresh and the wrap was tasty. I got all this in a bottle of water for 12 bucks it's a nice healthy option for me because I'm pregnant. I'd recommend to anybody who wants to eat a little healthier. I've read a lot about the customer service on here, I don't know if it's the old owners or what? I noticed that the owners that own the Thai place own cultures as well. I had extra friendly service I would go back for sure.
Amazing! Ever since DQ closed I've been looking for a place to eat ice cream. But for this case,frozen yogurt. When I first tried it I was like WOW so amazing! The next day I tried their smoothies. And boy were they good! When I asked an employee what was in it she told me milk,real fruit and frozen yogurt. But the best part was that there was no ice! I'll come back very often!?
Reasonable food, but extremely poor service quality. I have a hearing impairment which sometimes requires me to ask people to repeat things. However when I asked the employee to repeat herself, I was met with rude remarks and sarcasm. When I explained the situation to who I presumed to be the manager, as I was leaving, all he did was throw his arms in the air. I will never eat at the Sudbury location until corporate can teach their employees basic customer service skills.
I eat there often and although I really enjoy their food, i do not enjoy the service as the people who serve me are always miserable, they never smile and they seem very harsh with their customers. I have worked in the customer service for a long time and this is not good customer service. I understand being busy, but smiling and being pleasant to your customers is not difficult to do. Remember that word of mouth is very powerful, and I will definitely be sharing my last 3 experiences at cultures with people. At this point, i will have to find a new place to enjoy healthy food.
