Jersey Mike's Subs - Suffolk

I CAME HERE YESTERDAY (COLLEGE DRIVE) LOCATION BECAUSE MY SON WANTED A SUB FINE WITH ME I DONT HAVE TO COOK DINNER (LOL) EZEKIEL GREETED ME AS ME AND MY SON WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR MADE OUR SUBS WITH PERFECTION WE WILL BE EATING HERE FOR DINNER TODAY..?

Worst customer service ever ! This makes the second I tried to reach a manager and nobody could tell me who he/ she was! I had to wait numerous times about an hour when I placed the order online and it gave me a specific time to pick it up. This last time a girl made my sub 5/30/24 and was upset because she had to remake it that she created my second gaint sub with out any items as I asked! It looked like a dry plain sub . I can’t wait to call cooperate on this Jersey Mike’s tomorrow.

Everything about this experience was what eating a sandwich should be. The staff was the best part. The server name on my receipt was Semion and she was so friendly and helpful. Just went to grab a sandwich. Had an experience that took me back twenty years in time.

Staff has music so LOUD you can’t even hear yourself think! How rude!

The worst service and sub I ever had, I was not asked what I wanted on my sub, no favor at all. I asked about the the top stove top because of cross-contamination in the young man looked at me like I was crazy the only reason why I asked was because I do not eat meat and it's a non Meatless sub so you will be concerned about the cross-contamination of a non meatless sub. I am aware of the shortness of staffing in the restaurant industry but be somewhat of concern of our patrons. Because I was in no way disrespectful to you guys, I just as a question, and my sub was not disappointed.
