Texas Roadhouse - Suffolk

The place I went on was filthy. 15 minutes too late on my order, dry ribs, no rolling, and a child meal with the supplement larger than the main part.

Clean, wait staff could be more attentive, food service could be better coordinated. Dinner side salad came out 10 min before appetizer, items attempted to be delivered to our table that had not been ordered, had to ask for drink refills ... Food was good and prepared as requested. Didn't have to wait for check.

Absolute terrible service!! It had been several months since we had last been to this restaurant. On that visit we never received the appetizer we ordered. The manager gave us a gift card for a free appetizer on our next visit. So tonight we figured we would try again. As we sat down the waiter said the baker was behind and it would be a few minutes on bread . We ordered an onion petal and put our dinner order in. After 20 minutes we still didn’t have bread although the tables beside us did. Our house salads came. They only had lettuce and egg. Still no appetizer or bread. About 15 minutes later our meals showed up. I immediately asked for the manager. Her only answer was our waiter was trying his best to get us bread. Still no appetizer. I informed her this happened the last time hence the free app card we had. She left quickly and never came back and informed us through our waiter that she would take care of our meal. Still no appetizer and oh by the way I never even got a tea refill. Do not bother with this place it’s terrible!!!

The service is outstanding. Appetizers are good. My friends liked the rolls better than I did. You can order a steak from the menu or, pick out your own from the refrigeratated steak case!! Super clean restrooms and dining areas. Great place to celebrate ANY occasion. All the servers have such great energy ?
