1-30-24 I called to place at order at 8:07pm.I was on hold for OVER AN HOUR and nobody ever did their job to answer the call.

Had an issue and the owner fixed the issue, as I stated before the pizza was great, definitely the best Rosatis from the

I Order my pizza here all the time cause they make it perfect, but today wasn’t the day pizza looks like it’s been played with dough is half cooked grease all over the pizza not even cut can’t pick it up with out everything falling off. And now the manager hung up the phone cause he admit he had one of he’s cooks deliverer the food. People can’t be professionals after I spent my hard money

I have a hard time finding a good reliable place to get my order correct an complete I've ordered different Pizzas 2 x's all types, an BRAVO! NO issues an I never opened box until I got home...I live in Earlville! So thank you Sugergrove
