Fernando's - Sugar Land

I've only been here a few times but each time I was so impressed, the service is excellent, the atmosphere the food is pretty awesome! It seems a little hidden where it could be overlooked so if you haven't noticed it or tried it I highly recommend it! It's like a hidden treasure in Sugarland between Williams Trace and Dairy Ashford on the east side of the 69 feeder!

If you're looking for an elegant setting, terrific food, and truly outstanding service, this is the place. We had the steak and fish dinners which were excellent, but it was the service that was over the top. We'll definitely be back.

We had a great experience on a Tuesday night. We were greeted by Fernando himself and then Juan did an excellent job the whole night with exemplary service. We started out with the Ceviche which was delicious. Then for dinner I had the El Jefe and the steak was grilled to perfection and was so very tender. My wife had Paella and she loved it. The Chocolate Bread Pudding was fantastic as well. Parking: Plenty of parking out front and on the side of the restaurant.

This is the worst restaurant service I have ever experienced, and I had been a waiter for about 6 years of my life so trust me when I say, I was heated. For the 2 hours I was there I got about 30 min of service. The waiter rarely checked up on us and kept us waiting to order anything, it took one hour just to get our food which is also way overpriced for their okay quality and super small portions, I finished eating in about 7 minutes. Then afterwards, for my father in law 's birthday they had us waiting forever for their surprise . They took so long to then come out with the cake WE brought! Like what took so long, and this also came with disco lights and the birthday song being sung by Marilyn Monroe and in place of saying to you it would say Happy Birthday Sexy like what?! Is this not a formal place for a gathering. And then the Manager or Owner poured himself a shot with my father in law, this place would be perfect for Kitchen Nightmares.
