Raising Cane's - Sugar Land

I’m not usually a fan of fast food, but I have to rave about this place. They focus on one thing and do it exceptionally well. The food is both crispy and juicy, with straightforward options on the menu. I really dislike the constant changes you find at other fast food restaurants, but here, everything feels consistent. The manager is hands-on and leads by example, keeping the team motivated. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this standout spot to others.

Overall, everything was good, but it didn't quite live up to the hype. The sauce was a bit disappointing—it tasted like a mix of mayo and ketchup, with an overwhelming amount of mayo. The dishes were perfectly cooked and juicy, and the service was prompt and pleasant. In general, it was a positive experience.

This restaurant offers excellent food at reasonable prices, particularly the chicken fingers and fries. The sauce is quite tasty, and the restrooms are clean, although there tends to be water on the floor, likely due to some customers not knowing how to aim properly. It's a small venue, but it feels spacious. Overall, I would give it 5 stars.

The staff was very friendly during this visit. Food was made to order hot and fresh. It's a bit expensive for just chicken strips and pommes. For fast food, $30 for 2 people and 2 children under the age of 4 is a bit much. But hey inflation is at 10%, so it's probably the new standard.

I stay in Richmond and it takes me 20/25 min to get here, every time I come I order online and for curbside. The employees here are so sweet and helpful, they ask me if I want my food to be reheated every time and it never takes long at all. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Thank you canes employees for an overall great experience every time. You guys rock !
