Quick, EXCELLENT, customer service and you cannot beat the convenience of this place! Easy traffic flow, easy and easy access and exit from the parking lot. HOWEVER, during the school year, you can expect to experience some delays Monday to Friday, during the following times: 6AM 8:30AM (Peak times for students drop-offs for the different schools in the area. 11:30AM 1PM, (Lunch windows for schools and several other office complexes.

The staff here is fantastic! They always offer new suggestions for trying my coffee.

This place can get quite crowded, so be prepared to wait. However, there is a really friendly blonde employee that made my experience enjoyable—I'd love to know her name! To save time, make sure to place your order through the app instead of waiting in line.

I don't visit Starbucks very often, but when I do, I prefer the one at Freshwater. Most of the baristas know me and greet me warmly. My favorite is Nikki; she makes the perfect caramel macchiato, and I hardly ever have to wait long. When I do have to wait, she always strikes up a conversation and is incredibly helpful, both to customers and her coworkers.
