Mixin' Mimi Mixology Llc

I recently hired Mimi and her team to help me with a dinner party I hosted for my birthday. I am a local cook and I wanted to gather some friends to enjoy a beautiful evening of hors d’oeuvres, wine and cocktails. From the moment Mimi and her team arrived at the scene, I knew that the evening would be as close to perfection as I could imagine. Your team was eager to help with setting up the last touches and was simply totally amazing in the evening. Mimi even made the cocktails to add the food. Professional, fun, creative, personable Cordial; These words are almost incapable of helping me express my gratitude. In short, thank Mimi for helping me create an unforgettable evening for my guests and me. I am looking forward to working together in the near future.

We hired Mixin' Mimi for a fundraiser with an open bar. In the past, we had only hired bartenders, but brought our own alcohol. This year I did not want to deal with the run-out of things, bring ice, etc. I will say we had a BIT of a reaction problem at the beginning to deal with them, but when we got Mimi on the phone, it was just fantastic. I have the staff who were sent to lead our event. All three were fun, professional, hard work and made great drinks! We ran out of wine with about an hour after the event (and we had only beer and wine and two cocktails), which were super disappointing, but we did the best of it. I would set them back 100%, especially if we had the same bartenders and bring them extra wine! The signature cocktails and snouts they put together were fantastic. Mimi won't let you down!

You can't do another party without setting Mixin Mimi!! We hired them for a home graduation ceremony, which took care of about 50-60 people. They were punctual, friendly for all my guests and went beyond and beyond to make sure we enjoyed the night. Mimi made sure that I got a drink as one of the hosts without having to stand in line to get one. She worked with me on last minute changes. The drinks were nice and delicious. It was worth it. Great service, great energy, super professional and personable at once. All their employees are pleasant and knowledgeable and the way they walked me through the process that made an absolute joy with the service. This will be a service I use for function by function for the coming years. If you have a party and don't have mimi, you won't do it right. HIGHLY recommend.
