What can I say? I ordered a chicken burrito and couldn't find the chicken at all. I didn't mind. But I should have done it. Then I asked about a few chips they would give you in the past, and of course the prices went up, but now you can't get more chips. I like Tijuana apartments, but with so many more options out there maybe I try somewhere else. So sad.

This place used to be brilliant, but for some reason it has changed! The food no longer tastes fresh, especially the Stale Chips. The staff also greet you when you walk and later checked with you and refilled your drinks. This is no longer the case. They also offer chicken wings that are not great! It's a shame when I liked this chain.

Brutal. Was told upon arriving that the order would take at least 15 minutes. There was hardly anyone there at the time as we beat the lunch rush. The rush came about 10 minutes later and 30 minutes later we still hadn't gotten our food and had to inquire. They we unprepared with supplies as well as they didn't have flatware to use either. Then once the food finally showed up, it was a joke. Even the kids were baffled at how few chips they were given. Disappointing experience for a family favorite.

I have always liked Tijuana Flats but this location has gone downhill considerably. I have been in for pickup 4 separate times lately and have always waited over an hour for two meals. Always chaos! Plus all the personnel are very very young. This place needs good management and an overhaul before I come back again!

Great food Great service!! Love This Place!!!! Also the cleanest restaurant ever!!! Shout out to the amazing cooks in the back!!!!
