What? The restaurant Douce Steiner in Sulzburg is undoubtedly worth a detour. If you love a French inspired modern kitchen, this restaurant is very well maintained. The ground integrity of the ambience and service contrasts with the young kitchen of Douce Steiner in a lukewarm way. The two stars awarded by Michelin are fully deserved.
“Classic” cannot cook better in Germany than Douce Steiner. But she didn't stop. It should also not be suspected that if another cook would also use valuable products, it would come to its level. No, this includes many years of experience, perhaps also training in welfare and the ability to use aromas and aromatics carefully and with spirit. A lightness of being and aroma fireworks are not so quickly forgotten. We're definitely coming back.
