Fuji Japanese Steakhouse - Summerfield

If I could give this restaurant one star, I absolutely would. I have been trying to call for the last 20 to 30 minutes to order takeout, but I keep getting disconnected or they have disconnected their phones. They are not answering their phones, and the recent negative reviews that I had to search for confirm that I am not the only one experiencing this issue. It is clear why customers in the area are unhappy with the customer service - it is terrible. It is unfortunate because just a year ago, I really enjoyed their food. I am not sure what has happened, but I would not recommend giving them your time or money because they cannot even answer the phone during their operating hours. Service: 1 star.

This restaurant is excellent! The dinner was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. The service was top-notch, and we dined in for dinner. The price per person is between $20-$30. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the Fried Noodles, Jumbo Shrimp and Jumbo Scallop, Steak, Noodles, Chicken and Steak dishes.

I waited 25 minutes for a takeout order that was not ready on time. The food was not worth the wait at all and I did not enjoy it. The yum yum sauce was unpleasant. However, the lady at the front of the restaurant was friendly. In summary, the service for takeout was a 4 out of 5, the atmosphere a 3 out of 5, and the price per person was between $20-30.

I took my family, including multiple generations, out for lunch at this restaurant. There was plenty of parking in the large strip mall lot. The restaurant had simple decor, but the ceiling and vents could have been cleaner. The hostess seated us and quickly brought our drink orders. We placed our orders and waited for our hibachi chef. The children in our group were excited by the fire show to start our meal, and the adults enjoyed the chef's corny jokes during the meal prep. The portions were large, so come with a big appetite. They offered lunch menu prices on a few entrees. The house salad was overdressed, with a pool of dressing in the bowl. The soup was served steaming hot but lacked flavor. The vegetable tempura and crab rangoons were good. The restaurant had a bar in the front center with a loud TV, especially considering how empty it was. Overall, nothing really stood out that would make me want to return. It was okay, but I don't plan on coming back unless someone else really wants to.
