Dixie Lee Fried Chicken - Summerside

The staff was friendly and friendly. We ordered the 3 pieces meal and it was amazing. Portions were big and we couldn't finish it, so we brought it home later. Would definitely return. Great experience!

Homemade KFC! Really good Koleslaw and Gravy also with their own taste (not like KFC).

The staff is nice, food is good, the prices correspond to KFC. And they now buy smaller chickens, the same as KFC turned years ago. It is now similar to Dixie lee Chicken. Where do you open a bucket of chickens and see the wing the size of a Budgie Bird, or the chest to say a pigeon not a chicken? More money for less food. A sign of times it seems everywhere today. Really loved this place years ago, I'm sorry to see it assimilated with the other chains.

Customer service from a cashier was extremely bad. Half of the electronic menu was missing, and when they were asked if they were shut down, the answer we got was the answer? but did not disturb to repair it or give us paper menus. When my friend asked about an article in the limited menu, the checkout continued to roll her eyes to the question. We were the only two customers in the restaurant and they acted as if we were an inconvenience.

Walked up to the register and the cashier greeted me with ?What?? Waited 20 minutes with another gentleman for my food, and the cashier handed it to me and I said ?Are you sure this is mine??, she replied ?Whatever...? (it was actually the other gentlemans). Opened up my ?chicken burger? to see a store bought processed bun, a kraft single, two chicken fingers, a slice of tomato, and a single drop of mayonaise. The fries were way too salty, and the coleslaw was half liquid. The customer service here is horrible, and the food is mediocre at best. Edit: I think it?s important people know that the owner of this establishment will contact you personally if you leave a negative review, and will ask you to take the review down and return to the restaurant. Unprofessional, rude, and very very uncomfortable
