Poor services i spent money for soup and chicken wrap,the wrap is cold and not well made,atleast we spending money its our right to get fresh and well made stuff,highly

I have ordered steep tea tripple tripple with chai tea bag, they made it wrong and it was cold, when i go back to return the guy came and start telling that this how much cream goes into it and we cannot make it hot, he did not make new coffee and did not refund and showed me stupid attitude and closed the window. I just want to tell the management team please don’t hire these kind of people who don’t know how to deal with customer and make coffee. Worst service ever. We pay money for food and what we get is totally rubbish and attitude of these stupid people and then i went to another time hortons and ordered same coffee the lady made it proper. I really want that management see this message and contact me so i can explain more.

We didn't get what we ordered. It was undercooked the had no sausage for breakfast sausages.Overall experience very, very disappointed.

The food and service are what you expect from fast food these days.

I was in the bathroom and there was an employee of either Wendy's or Tim Horton's, not sure which one, but I know for a fact that they did not wash their hands after they used the bathroom. She had been standing behind me and we were the only two in the bathroom. I heard the other stall door open, heard no running water or dryer, and I WOULD have heard the dryer because it is extremely loud, then she went back to work. I was COMPLETELY DISGUSTED so i walked out.
