Little Caesars Pizza - Summersville

This used to be a great place for a quick stop to get a good pizza. While the pizza is still great, the service is missing as late. I can never wait for a hot and ready pizza without 15-25 minutes.

I will never order from this location again. I placed an order yesterday for a pizza that was supposed to be made without mushrooms due to an allergy. When we got home, we discovered that all the pizzas had mushrooms on them. I tried calling to explain the situation, but the manager (JEFE) hung up on me. When I called back, I was hung up on again. My husband then took the pizza back to have it corrected, and all they did was remove the mushrooms and claimed they would make a new pizza. Unfortunately, there were still mushrooms on it. The manager even mentioned they were having phone issues, yet they were still receiving calls for orders. This is not how a business should operate; if this is how they handle problems by simply removing ingredients, they should really consider shutting down.

Without a doubt, this is the best LC around. The staff is fantastic!

My pizza was delivered to me BURNT and I didn't even get the sause I PAID for, OR the sauce that was supposed to come with my pizza. This is a recurring thing.

Very clean, Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Very nice employees and manger. Took my order and was ready in no time. Not to mention I got more fresher food then I would of at pizza hut. 2 large pizza's one a meat lover's with more on it then pizza hut and a supper Supreme with fresh vegetables and meat. 2 order of wings and a order of brownies and a bottle of zesty spice. I'll hit them up for pizza any day any time.
