Firehouse Subs Azalea Square

I absolutely love their subs and always dine at this location. I can't believe I'm finally writing a review for this place. It's significantly better than Subway! My favorite is the Hook and Ladder; it's my go-to choice every time.

I waited 35 minutes for two subs, and with six workers on hand, the pace was so slow that it felt like a joke. Having previously worked at a Firehouse Subs in another state, I know I could have prepared at least ten subs in the time it took these six employees to make just five. Every customer there had been waiting at least 30 minutes for their food. There's absolutely no excuse for this, and I wouldn't return even if you paid me. It's clear from other reviews that this store has a consistent issue with slow service. I suggested to my girlfriend that we should have gone to Moe's, and now I really regret not doing so. This store needs some serious improvements!

There's really not much to add. Firehouse is a reliable choice for a delicious sandwich made with high-quality ingredients. The online ordering process is smooth and efficient. While parking can be a bit hectic during lunch, a short walk isn’t a problem.

I love Firehouse subs! Food is great, price is comparable with other sub stores. Sometimes there is a wait though.

I'll start by saying I love firehouse subs and the food is amazing. But recently I don't know if maybe something has changed but I've never paid $33 for 1 person to eat A sub meal. A $1.50 per cheese is ridiculous. For context I get the hook-and-ladder with all the cheeses added I love the flavor but that is way too much for one single slice of cheese per flavor maybe 2 slices. Very unhappy with price gouging on cheese. Maybe make a deal for people who are like me. And enjoy cheese instead of taking advantage of us.
