Hibachi Fusion - Summerville

The employees were friendly and even though the building and furniture were old, the place was relatively clean. The food is quick so don't expect Yokoso-quality rice and chicken but it's flavorful enough to satisfy. The vegetables were the best part of the meal. I don't understand how a sit-in restaurant can legally decline to have a public restroom, but they had a sign stating no public restroom.

I've had the pleasure of getting to know the owner after being a patron of his restaurant for almost a decade now. Speciality sushi rolls, hibachi, you name it and Hibachi Fusion will beat out anyone. I've taken friends, family, and coworkers here because I swear you won't find a better Japanese restaurant in the area.

Food was awesome! However Im not sure if its due to inflation they would place two separate orders in one plate. Nonetheless fast service and decent customer service. Online ordering not the easiest, had to search for complete menu from other reviews

They crab cakes are AMAZING! I never tasted anything like it . Also they are super nice and attentive
