The atmosphere is very cozy and comfortable. Although the seating is close together, it still feels pleasant. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, and their recommendations were excellent. Thank you for a fantastic Sunday morning experience! Food: 5/5

I visit this place because I dislike Starbucks, and it's one of the only options available. I've written several reviews expressing my frustration about their apparent lack of staffing and inefficiency, as it always takes way too long to get my order. They never tell me the total when I place my order; instead, I’m informed that I’ll hear it when I reach the window. However, they don’t even input the items into the system before I arrive there. After waiting FIFTEEN MINUTES at the window, I was told they forgot to input the additional item I wanted. If they had entered it into the system when I ordered, they wouldn’t have lost track of my breakfast sandwich. I decided to skip the sandwich because I just wanted to leave, and they still hadn’t prepared my other items. So here I am, 20 minutes later, writing another review in the drive-thru once again. It’s clear that management isn’t making any efforts to improve their service. The staff is always friendly, but the wait time is simply unacceptable.

This places bagel sandwiches are always so so good! The coffee is good and fair priced! My only somewhat of a concern is it always takes a long time in the drive thru so if I’m in a hurry I can’t always stop however my food is ALWAYS fresh so I can’t complain to much about the time in the drive thru :

The food is really good but they run out of EVERYTHING so quickly. Make sure you go first thing because by 9 or 10 they are out. We have gone several times around 9 or 10 and they are always running low or out of nearly everything. I just think if you are open until 1pm you should have enough made, especially on the weekend where you know you will sell out. And if you order online they don’t put what is out of stock so when you get there they could be totally out.
