Bidra med feedbackI am sorry to say at this time I would seriously not recommend KFC/A&W. The pricing ia so small at the drive-thru that you can barely see it and both staff members that we interacted with were not helpful at all. The food was delicious but so expensive I highly recommend not
I mean, as far as food goes it's KFC. As far as service goes, it falls short considerably and consistently. If you plan on walking in expecting to grab a good, quick KFC meal this is NOT the place for you. It takes forever for anyone to acknowledge you let alone order your food and get it right. I go to Puyallup as often as possible even when picking up dinner. I'm incredibly surprised this place hasn't gone under. I'm absolutely certain I'm not the only one who has made this observation. But again. Hey. It's the only KFC up here on the plateau and they know it... Whatever.
Went to KFC and I go there on occasion and I have had the wrong order at least three times. I always check my order before I leave but it is difficult to count the pieces in the bucket in the car. I was missing 4 pieces which is substantial. . This time I called them to fix the situation and got hung up on and then no answer. KFC is kind of expensive but I pay it because I like chicken. Too bad no more KFC for me
OMG. 2 3pc meals for $27. We ate the mashed potatos, a couple bits of the greasiest chicken ever and half of the biscuit. thru the rest away.
Poor. Dry. Nothing in stock. EVER! 10 drive thru cars and you're out of stock and play the substitute game. No one wants to be told sorry we're out of breasts can we substitute? It's not that your selling out of product. It's because you don't sell enough product, hence, you order too little. And so the cycle goes on. Who ever does the ordering needs to get schooled. Disappointed KFC used to be the leader. Go to Churches Chicken. Service here ok. Ambiance, already forgot about you!
