We had a fantastic pizza tonight. We ordered a medium-sized, thin-crust combination pizza that was very tasty. It was topped with fresh green bell peppers. They didn't sell beer, but I later found out that you could bring your own wine or beer. The tables and window blinds could use a bit of dusting, but overall it was a great experience!

We ordered from Florencia yesterday evening. We spent $80, had 1 large and 2 small pizzas and an antipasto salad. 2 of the 3 pizzas were made wrong. We called and with much disagreements they agreed to make the 2 pizzas again. It was to took another 30 minutes. When I went back to get the pizzas I ask for the manager, I got the owner. He was not apologetic at all and said it was our problem that the pizzas were wrong. During the conversation he also said “we get orders that are wrong all the time because, one old person orders and the other old person picks the pizza up, like husband and wife.” I couldn’t believe my ears. In the middle of a senior community that he would use that as an example!! Needless to say our family had cold pizza to go with the 2 that were finally correct 45 minutes later. And I WILL NEVER ORDER OR EAT AT FLORENCIAS AGAIN. That owner doesn’t deserve for us OLD people to order from his shop!!
