Bidra med feedbackBUYER BEWARE...check your order before you leave! I ordered a 10 piece chicken. I specifically requested legs and thighs. Got 6 wings in my order, and 4 breasts. Not a leg or thigh in sight. Tried to contact customer service and the phone rings and rings. Not worth the $32 we spent, and we won't go back.
läs merI just had the worst experience at this location. I was advised that I had to wait 15 minutes which is fine. Ended up being 40 minutes. The employees at the counter stated ?you chose to wait?. I did when I was told it would be 15 minutes. All this time the drive thru was moving with no problems. I understand staff shortages and they had some equipment issues, but be up front and say 40 minutes. At that point I know what I am in for or I could leave. The employees at the counter said they don?t have to speak to me. After all of that when I got home one meal I ordered was supposed to be a 5 piece chicken, and there were only 4 pieces. I?m sure they don?t care but I will never go to this location again. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star to post this. I give it zero stars.
läs merIt's the worst Popeyes I have ever ate at.. they had no chicken only thighs and legs , no spicy at all.. my red beans and rice was cold.. the service sucked. I recommend you never go there.. it horrible! It seem ever time I go they get something wrong or they are out of something. Mind you it was at 7:30 pm. Will tell everyone I know not to go there.. and I will be going to KFC right next door I recommend you do the same.????
läs mer30 minutes to get 5 piece blackened tender meal. First time and last time eating here lol. Was told to park and wait 5 minutes. I was very polite and patient. At the 25 min mark they told me they finally started making my meal. Management needs to work on this type of customer service. Not efficient
