Some of my favorites include the Breakfast Burrito, which is one of the best I've found in LA—I've tried many, and this is definitely among the top. The Five Spice Asian Salad is fantastic, and the Vegetarian Bolognese is also quite good. Additionally, the Parmesan Chicken with noodles is incredibly tasty.

The taste of Zen Foods' meals ensures that I enjoy every one of them, which is essential for tracking my macros throughout the week. Nothing goes to waste! 2) **Seamless Delivery**: I've had numerous frustrating experiences with previous meal prep services where deliveries were sent to the wrong address or left outside my apartment, causing theft. Zen Foods has never let me down in this regard. Their delivery process is smooth, and I've only experienced one issue, which was not their fault. 3) **Excellent Support**: I've had the pleasure of speaking with Greg several times, and he is always quick to pick up the phone and respond to my inquiries. Since I’ve started taking my training seriously, I've bombarded them with questions about calorie counts and other details, and Greg has consistently provided prompt answers. Don’t waste your time with other options. Zen Foods has perfected their service!

Wow! I've tried five different meal plans, and my last food delivery service unfortunately went out of business. I was really disappointed at the time because I thought I had found the best one. But now, ZEN Foods has taken the crown! I'm so glad to have discovered ZEN Foods. I finish every single meal without fail because they're incredibly tasty and offer a diverse range of flavors. The fruits are fresh, and the produce tastes high quality. I can't recommend this service enough!

My girlfriend and I have been on ZEN for over a month now. She started it for a week on her own and I signed up after I saw how it was working for her and tasting the food. I was surprised how great the food was. I 'm a creature of habit and usually go to my regular burger joints so initially I wasn 't sold. But we don 't have time to cook and I 've put on a ton of 'covid weight ' so my goal was to lose a few of these lbs. I 'm currently down 15lbs. Which I 've managed to do without changing my workouts or anything else. Just the food bit. I still have a few more lbs to go and I may hit a plateau at some point but right now I couldn 't be happier with the results/taste and quality of zen foods.

Absolutely incredible food delivery service. We first started ordering it when my husband and I had COVID and were bed ridden. I felt like the nutrient dense food literally nursed us back to health. Can't say enough good things about Zen. Incredible customer service and the food is first rate. We are complete food and nutrition snobs and Zen foods goes above and beyond meeting our expectations. We are so lucky to live in So Cal and have this service available to us. We've tried all the other food services available and Zen is hands down the absolutely best. Couldn't recommend them enough.
