Bidra med feedbackAs a regular customer who often uses the app to place my orders, I have to say that the only downside I've encountered at the Sunbury location is the limited time available to access past orders—only up to three. This limitation can be frustrating, especially when you want to place a pre-order for the drive-thru. Unfortunately, this means you often end up waiting in a long line. I understand that staffing might be an issue, as both in-person and drive-thru services are busy throughout the day. However, this is the only complaint I have.
Line took a little long to move, but the products came out as desired so cant complain too much
The drive-thru is quick when it comes to picking up food, but when it comes to placing my order, they move too fast, making it difficult to order everything I want. I also ordered a frozen hot chocolate with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle, but I only received the whipped cream. This really ruined my experience, and now my drink tastes bad without the chocolate drizzle.
Drinking is usually good and food is okay, but I went through the ride approx. 25 minutes before her closing time, after she just served the person before me, and told me they were closed.
They are quick and efficient. I don't think this dunkin has messed up my order once!?
