Bidra med feedbackI have come to this place for many years and have seen a slow decline in food, customer experience and quality control. Today I decided to do it after a long break and I? I'm glad. When entering these heavily negotiated pollen I immediately realized how clean and organized the eating zone was. My dealing with manager Joel in the register was amazing, you can say he is proud of his craft. My order was for two with several pages and was ready in less than 5 minutes, well packed and fresh. I never leave reviews, but I felt that it was well deserved.
Very bad service I spend 40 mins for my order food also I wait out side of the drive thru
Very disappointed from this Pollo Tropical location. Rude customer service, cashier was unable to explain what was included in the meals. Coming from a Texan, my dad talked highly about Pollo Tropical and we finally came to try it again after years of not being able to. It was disappointed to be treated like I was suppose to know. I?ve worked customer service and know what it is like when it?s busy hours, and what not. This location needs more workers and team effort to help efficiently customers that are local and those that are tourist. I really hope there can be something done to help this location be more friendly and teamed to make their customers want to come back.
I started out paying $6.49 for chicken breast platter. Then gradually price increased. 2 weeks ago the price was $8.35. Last week price was $9.17. Sorry Pollo but I will no longer be a customer.
5 employees standing around talking, inappropriate attire pants hanging below their butts, I was ignored for almost 10 minutes until I spoke up. Was overcharged for my meal. Didn't have sauces. Missing food when I got home. ..they used to be great chicken restaurant, now really awful ?????
