Starbucks - Sunnyvale

When shopping at Target, convenient one to get a StarBucks.One need to be there before 5pm to get snacks, not sure why the outlet is in hurry to wrap up snacks when open to serve coffee.

Spacious with lots of tables and chairs inside and outside.

Outstanding staff, clean restrooms, easy parking, great

I normally I get coffee here and can understand everyone gets busy from time to time,but I was disappointed as a customer to have been lied to! I tried doing a mobile order ahead of time,so that I can pick up my coffee and start my shift ”for work,” keep this in mind I work literally across the street” anyhow, I called this location questioning why they turned off their mobile orders and the reason they gave me was because the outside is in a rush, and there is a lot of people. So I decided to pick up the coffee myself and order it at the store since I have no choice but when I got there, I was shocked to see that there was only two people in line and more than enough staff. It really frustrated me because when I called I was pulling in to the plaza and I don’t think it’s possible for that rush just to go away in 45 to 50 seconds. I also understand that there’s always a demand for a tip when ordering in the store But to me it seems like they’re trying to make their tips. I am about loyalty and making sure that we take care of our people and today I wasn’t taken care of. SMH.

For some reason giving extra half and half at this Starbucks in Sunnyvale, is against their policy. Apparently, spending $17 on 3 coffee!!! Does not buy you the ability to have more than a little measure of cream. What happened to the days where the canister was sitting on the counter for the customer to use? We now seem to have to get the baristas for a little more ...This is a sad state of affairs, when we pay $6 for a coffee and can 't even have it our way. Starbucks, get a grip and instruct your employees to give better service. Oh and BTW, I don 't not want an employee telling me have a good day, babe , because I asked for something extra and she wanted to let me know who was Boss . Could not tell you her name, as no one on that team has a name tag. When asked to speak to a supervisor, was told that everyone in that store was one.
