Wendy's - Sunrise

Society must swing through those Wendy's. As bad as an experience can be in a fast food restaurant. Cold food, attitude and person in the drive-thru cannot be understood. When we complained to the manager (what had an attitude) he hardly said English...Really? Why do you order him in the car? Do we have to learn Creole to come here?

The people who work here cannot even understand if they talk to the masks, rude and sarcastic and rolling eyes when they ask a simple question.

The stars are for the ladies who work there: we all know what they eat, but always it served with a smile: much better?

I just visited the Wendy site in Sunrise and Oakland Blvd (9960 W. Oakland Park Blvd, Sunrise, FL 33351) and the manager and server were both quite rude. I tried to put an order and wasn't clear when she asked me to wait on the first window, so I went to the second window. When I tried to explain myself, I was quickly interrupted by the server that rudely told you to wait! . The manager reacted with the same from the sound and I shared that I would never come back to Wendy. The manager reacted sarcastically, you owe $7.24, have a nice evening as if the dialogue was over. I have come to this place for 10 years, and I am so surprised that in this fragile climate of Kovid, some people think that it is in any unprofessional sound they choose. I expect more from a manager. The only saving grace was the third employee who gave me the food and my reception, she expressed a certain amount of kindness when she handed over the things to me. Too bad Wendy's... is better. Life is too short.

June 10th 2:07pm I ordered 1 salad and a kids meal from the drive thru, after waiting 15 min in line, they did not provided me salad dressing, I went inside the store and the rude female employee took her royal time to provide me 2 salad dressings /no I'm sorry for the inconvenience, just plain rude and rolling of her eyes. She should be home patting her head and someone else who really needs the job and wants to work should be in her position, I will never go back to this place!! I do not recommend you to go here you will be encountering a horrible customer service and with half of your meals!!
