Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sunset Valley

This is my go-to spot for a quick and fresh meal during my lunch break. There's often a line because the food is so good, but they move through it in no time with their exceptionally fast and efficient service. My favorite dish is the Barbacoa bowl with extra sauce, topped with a dollop of guacamole and some grated cheese. While the grilled chicken is also tasty, it's the Barbacoa bowl that truly captivates me with its perfect blend of spices.

I'm really disappointed with my experience, especially for a $20 shot. I typically don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share that what I received was not a steak shot, and the extra guacamole I paid for was missing. To top it off, the bowl was less than half full.

I absolutely love this place! I'm even going out of my way to visit. The manager with the red glasses is fantastic! I usually go after work, just before closing time, and the staff are always so kind and welcoming, even if she's the only one there. Let's show her some support!

I love the place. The Conse here: If you board, your order is least likely to be made. The storage priority is door dash online ordering. I was here about 6-7 times and every time, they print more orders and make all the other orders about the people who drove to place an order. Many locations have a separate assembly line to handle the online plugs. This store has to do on board and the same

John deserves a promotion! So helpful, understanding and kind. I felt bad because I had asked them to check which salsa had vinegar (food sensitivity) and ended up getting it anyways or my burrito wouldn’t have had any flavor. He was so easy going about it. I proceeded to forget my card which he immediately brought over to me with a smile. I THEN did not use my eyes and bothered him for a knife. He didn’t make me feel stupid, in fact he even walked over to show me where they were located. No attitude just helpful and genuine. It’s hard to find service workers in fast food with such a positive attitude. It was very refreshing experience! Better service than most places I have had table service at!
