Bidra med feedbackI'd like to share that I had a good meal, it would have to sit first. We were standing over 10 minutes on a huge line. To get someone to sit and she said they had no hosts and we had to wait. Then another speaker came and said they had to clean first. At the time we went out.. 15 minutes zero service and no manager
My friend and I were really excited to eat this week and chose one of my favorites. Red Robin, just to be incredibly disappointed. The service was an absolute joke. We were not recognized when we came in and after 10 minutes we had to strike a waitress to sit. The restaurant was DISGUSTING. Behind the stands were hand prints on the glass, our table was sticky and there were food waste at the stand. Don't even take me to the bathroom. Each stable had thrown toilet paper everywhere, unflushed toilets, and used tampons EVERYWHERE. The food was mediocre at best. The floors were sticky and the waiter tried to rip us off from our dinner voucher. Will NOT return to this place. Big waste of money.
This visit is actually better than the first time we've come..[Can they give a different chance? Maybe it was a Wednesday? At 3:00. Wasn't busy at all. Maybe two small families and a few solo diners. Tent for lunch, took 4 children from [Children's / Youth Boys] The host only stared at us, not a greeting. No smile. Okay, then. She did not react when the children began to talk to her [inquired about her name, crayons admired her nails My husband began to act from this point as host to ensure that we got menus and the Crayons for the children as well as finally to a table.. When I grabbed the chalk for the toddlers, the host looked at us as if we had just grown another head. FINALLY has a table... And no one ever came back... On the way out of the building we saw no workers, just a bartender behind the bar.
I was impressed by the service in Red Robin. I saw a team work to fulfill customers demands! The manager was doing everything and his power to help out. He was cleaning up tables, he was being a host, he was helping delivering drinks that example he was giving to the his team was admirable. Our waitress was so attentive to our table , to our needs and got everything right. The food was delicious as always but this time what stud out to me was the OUTSTANDING SERVICE we got. Thank you very much !!!
Omg... Thank u Victoria... Everything was great... My husband. Was happy with his meal... His burger and especially the. bacon.. cheesey fondu... My burger on point... Didnt care to much for the yukon chips... But the donuts with caramel sauce... Made me happy... With endless rootbeer floats and Michaels rasberry lemonade u recommended... We will b back... Thank you.??
