It is definitely worth the 20-minute drive! We live in Breaux Bridge and have been struggling to find decent restaurants. Little Mexico is hands down the best Mexican food I've found in Louisiana! The food is authentic, fresh, and well-prepared. The restaurant has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I found the waitstaff to be polite; occasionally, there are some language barriers, but each item on the menu has a corresponding number, which helps. They've recently hired more English-speaking waiters, but honestly, that’s not a major concern for us since we love the food. I really wish they would open a branch closer to us because we would definitely eat there every day! The chips and salsa are fantastic, and the fajitas and quesadillas are great too. My friend highly recommends the Sunset Special!
Little Mexico offers an authentic experience. Their Fundido Dip is incredibly rich and delicious! The service, atmosphere, and prices are all average. The salsa deserves a solid 9/10. There's no longer a need to head to Lafayette for Mexican food!
Great food. Very small place, but the food is great.
They're Back! Not that it really matters to those that love this food, but they serve alcohol again!!
