Mcdonald's Western Ring Road - SUNSHINE

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this McDonald's. We placed an order, but half of it was mixed up, and the other half never even arrived. The fries were ice-cold and looked unappetizing, while the drinks tasted like watered-down color. This isn’t our first time ordering from this location, but it will definitely be our last. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. I was really hoping to enjoy my meal, but instead, I just ended up frustrated. They did refund half of my money but still charged me for the rest. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed and unhappy with my experience.

I'm confused about why you're closed to the public due to COVID until 5 PM. Many of my colleagues rely on your coffee and food during their breaks. Unfortunately, by the time you open, we’re already busy with work. It’s tough to start the day without my morning coffee!

Closed during the COVID curfew. No food or drinks available for essential workers, and there were no access to toilet facilities. This is unacceptable!

3 times they now forget straws/napkins and pommes, it is not really difficult, after calling the load at this opportunity they have told me that they cannot help large job-maccas. never go there, this is my recommendation, go to kfc or hungry jacks? store manager was useless!

Every second time i order a coffee at 5am on the way to work it has warm milk not hot. so annoying
