Kfc - Surprise

Highly disappointed. Out of biscuits. Chicken was so old and dry, chicken thighs rolled into a ball of grease and breading, wasn't even close to being warm inside. The floors were covered in large sticky black spots. The lady up front was busy on her phone instead of cleaning the crumb covered tables in the dining area. Taking this one off the list. I hope it turns into another food place, soon!

The customer service was great and the friendly smiles were very welcoming. The only thing that we did notice was that the chicken was super dry. And the biscuits were hard, normally there perfectly baked. Maybe a day old or two? Not sure but the coleslaw and the mashed potatoes were perfect thank you KFC.

After placing our order, I was called up to collect our food. Upon inspecting the meals, I quickly realized that the cleanliness was the least of their issues. The chicken looked either old or like it had been left in the fryer too long—it was burnt and extremely dry. When I brought the meals back to ask for an explanation, I was told that it looks that way because it has to be cooked thoroughly, and I was assured it was perfectly fine. I requested fresh chicken but was informed that it would come out the same way. For the safety of my family, I decided to throw the meals away and contacted corporate to file an official complaint. I regret not taking photos of the food and the establishment. I strongly recommend avoiding this location for health reasons, and I also encountered rude customer service.

I planned to have dinner at this restaurant but ran into some issues. I was informed that there would be no white meat available for 15-20 minutes, which was fine, so we decided to order a bucket of dark extra crispy chicken. However, we then learned that the extra crispy chicken would also take an additional 15 minutes. This was at 5:45 PM on a Thursday. It seems like the restaurant isn't well-prepared, which makes me wonder if they really value their customers. Anyway, we’re now heading to Church's Chicken for dinner, where hopefully, we'll find better service. It's time for this place to step up its game or consider closing down.

This place was filthy starting with the door you come in through, the glass was grimy. The dining area floor had food everywhere, the tables had trash on them, every table top was filthy. We took our food and left. The cole slaw had way too much vinegar the chicken was dry over cooked. Will never recommend this location, it should be closed to be cleaned completely.
