We didn’t eat the food and a few hours later called again to express our dissatisfaction with the quality. Finally, I spoke with the new manager, Velma. She was very understanding and expressed her regret about our experience. Velma explained that she had just started managing the store and was aware of the ongoing issues, assuring me that changes would be made. She kindly offered to replace our meal. Tonight, we returned to collect our replacement order. I noticed that the shop was busy, but Velma was working hard to manage her staff and ensure everything ran smoothly. After a few moments, she came over to me, recognized me, shook my hand, and said, “Yes, I remember you, and I will take care of you now.” She took our order and provided excellent service, and this time the food was fantastic. Plus, we received six cookies! We left very happy and grateful to Velma for her attentive care. She is going to be a great manager, and I believe she will help turn this location into a wonderful KFC. Thank you, Velma!
This KFC provided an excellent experience in both customer service and food quality. My wait time at the drive-thru was never longer than 3 to 5 minutes. I've been visiting this location for three years and have probably been here around ten times without any issues! My only concerns are that the food is usually about 75% warm, and the interior seating could use some cleaning. It's important to remember that many of the staff members are high school students, and given their age and the low pay, we shouldn't expect them to act like seasoned professionals.
