McDonald's - Surrey

I recently visited this restaurant's drive-thru and received the wrong order. We began eating the fries and realized it wasn't what we had ordered - turns out, they had given us the order of the car behind us. When we explained the mix-up, they took the order back, despite us already eating some of the food, and proceeded to give the same bag to the person behind us. It was incredibly disappointing and unhygienic.

I drove up to the restaurant to place my order at the drive-thru, as I live nearby and have visited the place several times over the past year. The man on the speaker took my order without any issues. Typically, when I order a breakfast meal here and emphasize the word "meal", they usually only give me the main item without any sides before asking if that's everything. However, this time they heard me say 'meal' and I proceeded to pay. When I reached the second window, I was handed my coffee and instructed to park my car. The girl who served me was a bit difficult to understand but she seemed friendly. I parked my car as directed, and within seconds a worker came out and handed me my food without a bag and without the hashbrown that I had ordered. I called out to inquire about the rest of my order, but she didn't turn around, perhaps she didn't hear me. I was in a rush to get to work so I didn't have time to go inside. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I just want to give a big shout out to your manager working at this location named Preet. I had an error on my order, and when I came back days later, and she remembered exactly who I was even without me, mentioning it and made everything right !

Service and food are eh… It’s McDonald’s ??‍. I was served the wrong food today but I didn’t mind it.
