Bings Steak And Sushi - Susanville

Date night with the hubby and we were treated like 2nd rate citizens. There were 2 booths available and we were seated at a table for 6 rather than a more intimate and comfortable booth. Once we were seated, we were then completely ignored. We watched the hostess seat 2 other parties and take their orders, and never even asked to take ours. Our experience here 2 years ago was a much more pleasant and enjoyable one. Customer service is not their strong suit.

Definitely worth the stop! Nestled in the small town of Susanville, you might question such a location as a destination to eat. Trust me this will surprise you! The food is always delicious. I haven't had a bad dish yet. It's definitely small town vibes and the locals are always there. If you're passing through and have a craving for sushi, noodles, or anything in that category this is a place you need to try!

The food was atrocious. I ordered a New York steak with shrimp. It 's salad was just lettuce with dressing on it. The miso soup was just a cup of liquid with barely anything in it. The shrimp was good not much of it though. The vegetables were good but there was more of them then there was steak. The steak was 5 ounce I doubt that. The thing was as flat as 2 strips of bacon and full of fat. I spat out a few pieces. I asked for medium well and got a burnt hockey puck. The fried rice was good. Main part of the meal the steak was the worst part by far.

They raised the prices so much !!!! It’s alright sushi, my husband and I like the El Guapo roll. We always order the same things each time we go (5 sushi rolls and 1 plate of chow mein) we thought the price was good at $60 for both of us. That’s why we kept going back. Yesterday we ordered the same thing and it was $109 !!!!! 40 whole dollars more ?! This town is ridiculous. Rather just go to Reno

Can't recommend the sushi. Fish didn't seem fresh and the seasoning was off. Wasabi was bland. Service was nice enough but there was a lot of confusion and not enough soy sauce.Food: 2/5
