Tried calling phone not in service, website down , husband went up there Saturday night was all dark and closed. Think went out of business ? Shame cause w3 liked there

We have enjoyed the broasted chicken in the past, so my family was extremely disappointed with what we received tonight. The chicken was dry and tough- it was absolutely terrible! French fries were soggy, and the coleslaw looked like chips of plastic in green liquid. I have seen a lot of different coleslaws in my life and this was ghastly. It didn't even look edible, much less appetizing. None of us were brave enough to try it, so it went straight in the trash.We ordered a 12 piece broasted chicken dinner for pick up, because delivery would have been an additional 2 hour wait. Was told over the phone it would be ready in 30 min, so my husband arrived 35 min after the order was placed. He waited 22 more minutes in the restaurant for our order to be completed. Very disappointing and total waste of money.

Pizza is a 3/5. Service and atmosphere, by comparison, need a lot of work. They made the wrong pizza. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak thin crust and received a mushroom, onion and green pepper thin crust. We didn’t notice the error until we had the pizza home, and it wasn’t worth the trip back to have it corrected. But, we did provide feedback on the error through the online ordering app. The response to our feedback had strong “you’re wrong” energy telling us “The meat is under the cheese in our pizzas.” In reality, our pizza most definitely didn’t have meat on it, on top or underneath the cheese. We reiterated that there aren’t mushrooms on the Philly cheesesteak pizza as listed in the menu. Instead of just admitting there was an error and apologizing, the person doing their reputation management responded by saying, “We are working to get our menu updated” … leading us to infer their Philly cheesesteak pizza doesn’t have steak on it and does have mushrooms.

I've been getting their pizza delivered or carry out for many years. It is the best pizza in Sussex like they say or anywhere. I always get the Sussex Supreme thin crust with no green peppers. I don't understand all the negative reviews. Parking: Plenty of free parking

Horrible service. We used to be all about their pizza and they were the best place in town we ordered pizza from, but we started noticing the service at the restaurant going downhill REAL fast over the past 6 months, especially.The reviews on here noting the loud background noise, unprofessional employees, and forgotten deliveries are right on point.First, let me start by saying we only live 1/2 mile away from the restaurant. This last time we ordered we got 2 medium pizzas and were told that it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour til our order would be delivered. We waited an 1.5 HOURS, still no pizza!! We called the restaurant and asked where our pizzas were. The woman who answered the phone asked, Didn 't you already receive them? After telling her no, we had not, she went to check on them and admitted they were NOT EVEN MADE YET!!! She said that we should have them shortly. She then told us that she only charged 1 of our pizzas to my fiance 's credit card and asked him to provide the information AGAIN. We then waited another HALF HOUR before they even delivered our pizzas. Needless to say, they got no tip and we will never be ordering from them again.Either the owners need to take classes on how to run a business or they won 't have one.
