Went on recommendation of the kings banquet of starter, porn, supplement, rice or naan and coffee for £12,95pp we were the only people in the restaurant around 7.15 clock and no one came all the time when we were there. eating was quite calm and good. I went to the toilet and was very disappointed at the condition of them. the doors were dirty, running lacked and cracked, the wash basin in the ladies needed a clean, the actual toilet was ok. but I tend to think if this is the publicity of a restaurant, as on earth the kitchens are? I will not go back.

Book a few weeks ago for a table made from 20, birthday treatment with family arrival from to derby. in the restaurant around 19.00 clock, table was not set for us, we had to move the tables themselves. the starters were slandered and we were then. to keep our knives and forks for our net. I ordered a madras who arrived at 21.00 tasteless rubble, bad personal, only pure chaos. I would have forgiven for a table of 20 if we were on the street or the restaurant was busy, but we were the only customers!

On a cold january evening there was no heating in the restaurant. we had to keep our weights on our round to stay warm. a train was from the doorstep. the waiter/owner was very short. a smile, a friendly chatty...disposition would help enormously in the hospitality problem. the service was slow and wounded. To be fair, eating was surprisingly nice.

This was not our first visit to this restaurant, but it will be our last. The service was extremely slow, which was a significant change from our previous experiences here. It was clear that the restaurant was understaffed, with only the manager and one waiter working in the front of house. We were seated promptly, but then had to wait a long time for service. The manager was brusque and did not even smile. There was no conversation or attempt to make things right. When we left, there was no acknowledgement or thank you. Someone even had to wait around for ten minutes to pay their bill because the restaurant did not have change and had to run to a nearby shop. The food was good and reasonably priced, but that was the only positive aspect of our visit. We will not be returning, as there are two much better Indian restaurants just a five-minute walk away.

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. There was no atmosphere, no welcome, and the staff never spoke to us. The food was okay, but I have had better curries elsewhere. I will not be going back.
