The Red Lion - Swale

This charming pub offers a small but excellent quality Sunday lunch menu. I highly recommend it, just be sure to book a table away from the bar and door! They have a car park for parking convenience. The kids menu is decent and the pub is wheelchair accessible but can be tight. Prices range from £20-£30 per person. The food is top-notch with a rating of 5 out of 5.

During our short stay in Hernhill we ate here four times, including a get together on the Friday night with old school friends, each time we were made to feel very welcome (including the dog) and the food is excellent. Simon and his team are terrific and friendly. We will definitely be back! Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5
