The food is great and the place itself has a great atmosphere. The only complaint I have is how long I waited for water/food to arrive. The service isn’t the best but it’s a great dinner spot overall. They even have a little robot employee, took me by surprise but it’s so cute! Nice atmosphere here and always good service but we plan to cut back on our weekly trips here as their prices have gone up significantly and the amount of food per plate has gone down. Chi used to be well priced to the quality of food. It no longer is. We have other choices in town we love Little G) and we plan to take advantage of those Price per person: $50–100

Chi is my favorite Asian food restaurant, if not restaurant in general, I have tried many Asian food restaurants ranging from authentic Chinese in the heart of Boston's china town, to famous restaurants in Los Angeles, and this place is shockingly good, there is incredible sushi, soup, meat, appetizers and much more, my service has generally been very good and our waiter last time we came with a group of friends went out of his way to give us free dessert, on the house, and going to this chill and modern Asian restaurant never disappoints! Also I recommend getting the snow mountain maki if you are looking for something similar to that. Either way whatever you get is too good!

Very attentive service by the waitress. Food is tasty. I liked the soup dumplings although I wish they came in a larger container so the skins wouldn't stick. Scallion pancakes are nice and crispy. The Green dragon roll is yummy. Wasabi isn't too strong.

Don't waste your time! we ordered a delivery from this restaurantand the food was bad. They told me it would take 45 min to deliver because the food had to be prepared fresh. It came in 15 minutes and it definitely wasn't prepared fresh.Beef teriyaki like cardboard., cold shrimp noodle saladwas inedible! shrimp was rubbery not fresh! Rice came cold and mushy.fresh spring roll came soggy and vegetables weren't crisp. When i called to complain the girl told me to call in the morning to speak with the manager.I did and my conversation with him was a waste of time.He said to send the food back! it was a delivery and anyway i just threw it outNo attempt at a refund! Not only was the food bad, but the manager did nothing to rectify the situation. He said to come back and he would give me a discount on my next order. Not happening!I have never posted a bad review of a restaurant before but i couldn't let this go.
